Thanks everyone for the great comments on this one... I've taken the advice to get rid of the nasty papa-san chair. I had actually done it before but didn't like it.. which I don't understand now, I think my mechanism had cracked. Anyway, here is the cropped version with minimal touch-up and in the original color.
